Novell, Inc. Coordinated global automation efforts for all product lines of the Systems & Resource Management business unit. Managed HR resources as well as driving initiatives for the company. Assisted with adoption of Agile development practices. Initiated and managed opensource projects for automated testing tools. Acted as Scrum Master and later as a Product Owner for a Scrum (Agile) development team.
 
Software Engineer - ZENWorks Automation March 2003 - June 2004
Novell, Inc. Started developing with PHP, MySQL on Windows and Linux platforms. Created PHP/MySQL based Test Case Database to be used with Test Automation. Created Java Application and Web-based libraries through Mercury Winrunner TSL. Assisted in the management of customer critical situations.

Novell, Inc. Participated in contextual inquiries in order to research possible new product lines for the Novell Portal Team. Co-invented the "Workspace" project with three other peers. Participated in product design. Managed the testing and automation teams for the project. Presented the product beta at trade show displays. Led efforts to fully automate the build process for the product. Helped design the product's beta program.

Novell, Inc. Managed automation development team for the Novell NetWare Client department. Designed and managed the production of tools to be used by various teams. Created java-based automation harness that was accessible through any web browser. Also managed the Novell SmartClient test team.
