<p>John recently received management training on the topic of &#8220;Change Management&#8221;.  The course was offered through the Harvard Business Review.  Some of the topics that John brushed up on include the dimensions of change, implementing change, and communicating change.</p>
<p>John learned that successful managers of change have the following attributes:  They are accepted by others as trustworthy and competent; they have a big-picture perspective &#8211; understanding the business impacts and long term benefit; their vision for change is compelling and clear; they can articulate the the change is and why it is necessary; they can see opportunities and diagnose problems from their audience&#8217;s perspective.</p>
