John completed the first one hour session of the general overview of ITIL basics. He is excited to learn more about the ITIL philosophy.

John attended a webinar sponsored by StickMinds and Rally. The focus of the training was how to integrate testing in Agile development teams. John recently was assigned to manage a group of testing resources in Novell’s Data Center family of products that are developed in Provo. John’s responsibilities still include the ZENworks product family, and the Endpoint Security product, but will also include a couple of products under the PlateSpin name as well.
